"Das grüne Haus® am Ring" in Neu-Ulm - Project Update July 2022 Video

The latest Uni Apart project is currently in the completion phase. On an area of almost 6000 m² in the center of the university town Neu-Ulm, 257 student apartments, 20 business apartments, 34 apartments and 4 commercial units are being built. The complex also includes many modern premium common areas such as a bar, lounge, gym, event kitchen, seminar rooms and a gaming room. Leasing of the student apartments is already underway. First occupancy of the student apartments is scheduled for early October 2022, while the business apartments are expected to be ready for occupancy from Nov. 15, 2022.
