Uni Apart is prepared for the coronavirus crisis

Due to the ongoing infectious situation and the associated measures to protect against infection, Uni Apart is also in constant exchange with the relevant authorities to ensure the best possible protection for our customers.

Weeks ago, we developed a Corona strategy as part of an internal analysis of the pandemic effects and initiated preventive measures to protect the health of our customers and employees.
In this way, we are making an active contribution to containing the pandemic.

We note that our measures are underpinned by the legal requirements and are incorporating the lessons learned into our considerations for protecting our customers and employees.

Unfortunately, tenant celebrations are not possible for the time being - we very much regret this.
In addition, WEG events are not possible for our owners in person - we are currently working on an alternative.
