Uni Apart, the specialist for student apartments from Ingolstadt, was able to acquire another property in a central location in Neu-Ulm.
Already in 2018, a student apartment building with 260 apartments and 105 underground parking spaces was successfully put into operation, which is located directly vis-à-vis on Allgäuer-Ring.
According to the managing director of the Uni Apart Group, Mr. Alexander Orthmann, the project location in Neu-Ulm is characterized by a very good infrastructure, especially for students, young professionals, commuters and young families.
After an intensive planning and coordination phase with the committees of the city of Neu-Ulm, the unanimous decision to draw up the project-related development plan as a mixed-use development consisting of student apartments, apartments and commercial units was already made at the end of January 2020.
Construction is scheduled to start before the end of the current year.
Uni Apart already has ten projects at five locations with approximately 1,300 residential units in southern Germany and specializes in the development, construction and operation of modern student apartment buildings.
As a pioneering project, the new construction project within walking distance of Neu-Ulm's main train station is intended to provide inspiration for further developments at Uni Apart.
Particular attention is being paid to innovative construction methods that meet the evolving needs of future generations of residents for CO² minimization and sustainability.
At its core, Uni Apart aims to meet the requirements for environmentally and climate-friendly construction and operation of the facility.
"For many years, we have been working on innovative approaches to solutions for the specific energy demand patterns of our student housing complexes" describes Alexander Orthmann his intention.
The new project "Uni Apart - the green house on the Ring" is exemplary for the future orientation of the company. At the same time, Uni Apart is creating a new brand with this catchy name, which takes into account the climate awareness of the dynamic target group and will continue to make the Uni Apart Group's claim recognizable.
