The property has a total of 43 fully furnished student apartments and a wide variety of apartment types: With different apartment types averaging 34 m², there is a suitable offer for every student. Double occupancy of the apartments is possible. The use of the parking spaces in front of the building is free of charge on weekdays from 6-8 p.m. and on weekends.

The house

The entire student apartment block has a well thought-out energy-saving concept that extends to the smallest details, such as energy-saving light bulbs. The use of climate-neutral gas is a matter of course. Our PV system is also fully installed and active. With its almost 100 kWp, this is an impressive example of our commitment to renewable energy and sustainability. With such a capacity, a considerable amount of clean electricity can be generated, which not only covers our own energy needs, but also has a positive impact on the environment. This means that you can now obtain your green electricity directly from your own roof.
The central technical property management team coordinates enquiries from residents and takes care of repair and maintenance tasks on site. Caretakers as well as all cleaning staff and administrative staff are employed directly by Uni Apart. This means you don't have to rely on external companies for these tasks - a real quality feature.

The apartments are exclusively reserved for students, interns, postgraduates, trainees, apprentices and others who are in training - this ensures a strong community and real student life.

Locations.

The Uni Apart student apartment house Ingolstadt Neuburgerstraße offers short distances to the University of Applied Sciences Ingolstadt and the WFI it also has a good connection to public transport with a bus stop within walking distance. The Westpark Shopping Center with Cinestar cinema complex is nearby. Shopping facilities for daily needs can be reached easily on foot.
